Posting for Customer Service Rep

eCommerce Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)

Collectors Auto Supply has been in business for over 25 years. We supply restoration parts to customers all over the world. We are passionate about taking great care of our customers and getting them the part they need. We are looking for classic car enthusiasts to join our team.

We are looking for someone that wakes up excited for what the day has in store. This is a fast-paced business and requires someone that is quick on their feet, a fantastic problem solver and communicates clearly. You will ideally have experience working on vehicles.

What you will do each day:

  • Manage ecommerce orders and customer communication
  • Educate customers about our products listed on eBay and our website – you will need to understand vehicles and their parts
  • Create customer and supplier interactions that have people love doing business with us
  • Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Maintain and elevate our feedback scores from customers
  • Assist with completing phone sale orders and inquiries
  • Make suggestions on improving our processes based on your experience and feedback from customers and suppliers
  • Other projects and tasks as required
  • Work from home (anywhere in Canada)

What you bring to the table:

  • You wouldn’t have your own show on Discover Velocity, but you could help your friend restore their ’67 Camaro
  • You have realized and are ok with the fact that you don’t know everything
  • You view customer issues as an opportunity to shine and you have experience doing it with swagger
  • Your technological wizardry is better than your grandmother’s, but Apple’s IT team probably wouldn’t hire you
  • You can juggle the phone, computer, a second and third phone line ringing with grace and poise
  • Your mom and dad taught you to share and play nice with others

If you have read this and think “this is me” then please email your resume, cover letter, & tell us why you think you’d be a good fit for the role and our company (send to jobs@...). Generic cover letters that do not address the content in this posting will be posted on our wall of shame, where your name and letter will be laughed at for years to come. Legend has it that some applicants never found work again.
