Chevy Fleetline History

The Chevrolet Fleetline was a vintage style full-size car that was produced by General Motors from 1941 to 1952. It was one of the best-selling cars in the United States and in 1947 made up an incredible 71.26% of Chevrolet sales. A fastback two-door "Aerosedan" was offered in 1942 while the 4 door sedans were renamed the "Sport Master". Late model production from 1949 through 1952 saw Chevrolet only offer the 2Dr sedan fastback model.
