If something isn’t perfect with your order, we’ll make it right. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be proud of the parts you’re putting on your car.

When your order arrives

Please give it a careful look to make sure no damage was done during shipping, and that the part is what you ordered, and expected to receive.

Problem with your package?

Items must be sent back in the original packaging, and in unused or undamaged condition. But first, please complete the form below so we can give you the following:

  1. A return authorization #
  2. The address to return it to

Once the returned item is received and processed (which can take up to 10 business days), you’ll receive a refund within 48 hours.   

Important

*Custom-ordered or personalized products (Including products with custom logos or stitching) can’t be returned for a refund or exchange.

*Wheels, tires and tubes are not eligible for a return or exchange, if they’ve already been mounted.
