Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t perfect with your order, we’ll make it right. We stand behind the products we sell and want you to be proud of the parts you’re putting on your car.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return items purchased within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (see exceptions below).
Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
When your order arrives
Please give it a careful look to make sure no damage was done during shipping, and that the part is what you ordered, and expected to receive.
Who pays for return shipping?
If item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item in error Collectors Auto Supply will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
For orders with fitment issues photos of the item will be required in order to receive return instructions and/or a shipping label.
How to initiate a return?
To initiate a return, please complete the form below so we can give you the following:
- A return authorization #
- The address to return it to
Once the returned item is received and processed (which can take up to 10 business days), you’ll receive a refund within 48 hours.
Exceptions
Custom-ordered or personalized products (Including products with custom logos, stitching, or color options) can’t be returned for a refund or exchange.
