Where are you shipping from?
We have several manufacturing partners and warehouses located across the US that supply our various parts.
Standard ground delivery is the default shipping method for all orders on our website. If you require something else, please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.
When will I receive my item?
It depends on the part you are buying. Some parts are inventoried and ready to ship, while others are made to order and will require manufacturing before we can ship.
You’ll see the estimated time to you noted In Availability on the individual product page under the Price. For items that are already produced and in stock, they will arrive within 8 business days in most cases.
If the item you have selected is not in stock and will be Made to Order, the time can range from 15 to 30 business days depending on the item. Please check the Availability info under the Price on the product page for the most accurate information we have about that item.
Please note the above mentioned information assumes shipping to the Continental US. For other locations, shipping times will vary greatly.
Do you ship internationally (outside the US)?
YES! This is new for us and we are so excited to be able to offer our products to our international customers.
Will I have to pay duties and customs after the order ships?
NO! We've been working hard and have an excellent solution in place that calculates all duties, taxes, and shipping costs up front. This means the final price you see in your cart is the final cost you pay to get your order delivered to your door.

Do you ship all items internationally?
Unfortunately not. We are rolling out international shipping in phases. To start, we are excluding some of the very large or heavy items from shipping internationally. Once we have more experience with this process and have tested on the smaller items, we will be in a better position to remove these exclusions.
If you have selected an oversized item to ship internationally, you will see in the checkout that it is not eligible.
